Cancellation or Refund Policy

Thank you for scheduling your online group session. Changing this booking is easy; simply follow the prompts to select a preferred date that fits your schedule, It is no problem to move onto another date, provided you are changing this booking prior to the commencement time of your online workshop. If you decide to change after the session has started e.g. If it is a 7 pm session and you try to cancel after the session has started, there is no refund. If you cancel prior to the start of your session, you can rollover to another date and reschedule your online group time. Refunds are not given, once booked. The booking is non-transferable.
