Breathe and reflect...

Four Breaths in, Hold it for Four, 8 Breaths out

(Repeat 3 times)

and now...

Be grateful for today

Be grateful for what you learned today

Be grateful for the beautiful day

you are going to have tomorrow

Now that you are wiser.
